Empire Characters
These are the Empire characters of my collection. I have been collecting the army for a while, so there are old as well as new miniatures here. My Empire army is from Averland, so the yellow and black colour scheme is dominant.
Elector Counts
I have got mad Marius Leitdorf, the Elector Count of my Averland army. I have given him a suitably poncy horse to match his personality.
The other Elector Count model I've got comes with the Griffon. I have styled him as Karl Franz, the reigning Emperor.
I use the Warhammer Quest model for an Elector Count on foot.
Heroes
These are the heroes of my army. Compared to the characters in other armies, they are quite weak. They are human, after all.
The Battle Standard Bearer is converted from an old Empire Champion. The mounted hero is from an old scenario set, and the last is a Mordheim Pit Fighter that I occasionally use to lead my Free Company.
Wizards
The Balthasar Gelt figure comes with a lovely Pegasus. The Gandalf lookalike was first released as Gigantor, and later relaunched as Nicodemus in the Mordheim range. I painted him suitably as a Grey wizard.
The mounted wizard was painted up as a practitioner of the Lore of Fire, and the foot wizard as a practitioner of the Lore of Heavens.
Warrior Priests
The Luthus Huss figure looks rock hard and I had to have him. The other Warrior Priest looks like an Australian I know called Warren.
